- Strictly adhere to local laws, guidelines, and instructions provided by tour leaders at destinations.
- Take personal responsibility for safeguarding personal belongings and valuables throughout the tour.
4. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising during the execution of services will preferably be resolved through negotiation and mutual cooperation. If a consensus cannot be reached, the matter shall be submitted to the competent legal authorities in Vietnam for resolution.
