1. General Cancellation Rules
In the event that you or our company must modify or cancel a confirmed service, both parties will adhere to the following specific cancellation penalty terms.
2. Standard Tour Cancellation Fee Schedule
Cancellation fees are calculated based on the total tour value and the timeframe of the notification prior to the scheduled departure date:
2.1. Cancellation Timeframes
- More than 15 days before departure: Cancellation fee is 10% of the total tour value (or minimum deposit fee depending on specific services).
- 10 to 15 days before departure: Cancellation fee is 30% of the total tour value.
- 05 to 09 days before departure: Cancellation fee is 50% of the total tour value.
- 02 to 04 days before departure: Cancellation fee is 70% of the total tour value.
- Within 24 - 48 hours before departure or no-show: Cancellation fee is 100% of the total tour value.
3. Force Majeure Events
If tour cancellations arise from objective and unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, epidemics, wars, or flight cancellations by airlines, we will assist in negotiating with service providers to minimize losses or help reschedule your trip to a suitable future date.
