1. Customer Legal Eligibility
Customers booking a tour must be at least 18 years old and possess full legal civil capacity. Minors participating in tours must be accompanied by a legal guardian at all times.
2. Identification and Travel Documents
2.1. Domestic Tours
Adults are required to bring an original, valid Citizen Identification Card (CCCD) or Passport. Children under 14 years old must bring an original Birth Certificate or a certified copy.
2.2. International Tours
Your passport must remain valid for at least 06 months from the scheduled end date of the tour and contain sufficient blank pages for visa stamps (if required by the destination country).
3. Responsibility for Personal Information Declaration
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate information (full names matching legal IDs, dates of birth, and special requests such as dietary preferences or underlying medical conditions) at the time of registration so we can prepare thoughtful services.
